Horrible customer service! HL360 headlamp died after 2 years! I sent my old headlamp for repair. Then customer service informed me that it is best that I purchase a new one since the old one is not repairable. So I purchased a new one. I purchased a second one also for backup. Then a week later, Lumadent ended up repairing my old headlamp and shipped it to me. So I had to ship back the new one I purchased for back-up. Ordered a pair of loupes a month ago after 10 years using designs for vision. I was in a bad situation because 2 pairs of my loupes broke at the same time and designs for vision said it would take 4 weeks to repair. The sales rep at Lumadent told me that although their stated time is longer, I would receive my loupes in 10 days or so even during the holiday season. I recently purchased the lumadent lights last year and highly recommend them! They come with 2 batteries that last way longer than most lights that come along with certain loopes. The battery packs also charge fast and the light is very clear and bright. It can also be used with a wide range of loopes as they have different mount!
Aside from LumaDent's great quality light, they have fantastic customer service. They were very helpful, timely and efficient when I called their customer service number, and quickly handled my issue. I appreciated that I wasn't put on hold forever like I have been when calling other companies customer service lines. Would definitely recommend!
Working with Faith Stokes in accounts was an easy process. She was quick to respond to my concerns and offered solutions right away. I feel confident in continuing to work with LumaDent for future purchases. Wonderful customer service and products!
