Horrible customer service! HL360 headlamp died after 2 years! I sent my old headlamp for repair. Then customer service informed me that it is best that I purchase a new one since the old one is not repairable. So I purchased a new one. I purchased a second one also for backup. Then a week later, Lumadent ended up repairing my old headlamp and shipped it to me. So I had to ship back the new one I purchased for back-up. Ergoprism loupes are the real deal. Absolutely the best investment I’ve made. You’ll hate them for a day, then will see how you ever practiced without them. I may even be understating how great they are. Should be mandatory training in school. Seriously, get them.
