Always very friendly and on time
I chipped a bracket over the weekend and expected to wait days for help. Instead, they squeezed me into the schedule the following morning. The repair was quick, and they checked the rest of my braces to make sure nothing else needed attention.

My daughter has always been extremely shy about her teeth, so starting braces felt like a big emotional step for her. The staff here handled everything better than I expected. They spoke directly to her instead of only talking to me, which immediately made her feel more comfortable and involved.
