I’m leaving this review to express serious concerns regarding your building at 435 Pender St. I’m tired of being harassed by your tenants and was nearly assaulted the other day. Your website states that “The property will have 24/7 staffing to provide security to residents of the building and the surrounding neighbourhood.” Given this, I’d like to know: where is the security presence for the neighbourhood? Came to visit here with a friend who brought me and to sign in they want me to wait for a manager when the manager isn't really there, but yet it's a drug abusers paradise
They don’t allow anyone to ever transfer unit some buildings are mice infested and tenants leave beer cans and split beer all over the ground and elevator it’s a lot of partying tenants bring 4-5 people in a small unit you complain and complain and the tenants still continue to be ignorant and party in a small 200 square foot unit even after complaining and calling security 100 times the people think they can live however they want with no care of the people they share a building with !!
