I’ve been so beyond happy with my experience at Luma!!! The team are without a doubt experts in their field — they seem to be using the best tech and cutting no corners to get the best results. I wasn’t the best candidate for laser and they took me on as a client due to issues with ingrowns I was having and I’m way more than happy with the results!!! Brooke is incredible and has made the whole experience so comfortable, too! Could not recommend Luma enough.
Ive started laser hair removal at luma laser maybe seven years ago. I’ll be honest, I had a few friends tell me I was over paying for laser. However I was so comfortable with Rena’s hospitality that it was worth the price difference. Oh and I was driving 40 minutes to get to my appts. That’s how much I value costumer service.
