Courtney creates a warm, inviting space that feels like a true sanctuary for relaxation. Her attention to detail is unmatched—she even has a specialized pillow for pregnant moms, allowing me to lay face down comfortably, which has been a game-changer during my pregnancy. As soon as you walk into the space, you just feel like you can take a deep breath and relax. Courtney does a great job addressing the areas with the issues, and the way she works doesn’t leave you having to tense up to have the area worked on. I thought I always had to hurt during my massages in order to feel the area got worked on and better afterwards because that is what I was used to…not with Courtney! I highly recommend booking!

Love love love Courtney! She is hands down the best massage therapist I've ever gone to. I love that she checks in at the beginning of session and discusses what to focus on, setting the tone for the massage.
