Fantastic physician. I have been a patient since 1990. Dr. Lum remembers me my history, my family. He takes the time to ask how my son is doing even when I am there for my own visit. He was with my family through my step-fathers cancer. I highly reccommend him if you can get him to accept you as a patient.
I have been dealing with the nurse Deb over there, and shes awesome. Ive injured my foot & been in alot of pain and shes taken great care of me to insure Im not hurting constantly. But she went on vacation & noone will refill my prescription or make me an appointment with Dr Lum. The receptionists are awful. Im in complete pain & cant be seen for over 2 weeks, & my prescription cant be filled until Im seen by Nurse Deb only, whos coming back from vacation in 2 weeks. I highly reccomend Dr. Lum. He is fantastic. Unlike so many doctors, he actually *talks* to me. He doesnt mumble some random things while reading my chart - he actually looks me in the eye, makes sure I really have no more questions before moving on. I never feel rushed or that he doesnt have time for me. That is something missing too often in the medical profession.
