I used to go to Dr. Lum’s office and then finally at the age of 30 when I had severe pain shooting up and down my back and leg, which I thought maybe was severe sciatica. Well me explaining this to Dr. Lum he did not help me at all he basically just said I can’t help you so after that I went to pain management insight and they told me I had a tumor pushing on my spinal cord, I would not recommend dr lum He did not help my situation. I have only seen 1 doctor since Dr.Lum retired. Every time I called the new doctor, they told me to call back. That was 2 years ago. When I finally got in to see them, it was a male, PA and I sat there listening to all of his problems. Then he trashed Dr. Lum and told me what a bad doctor he was. Dr.Lum always took food care of me. Then I was charged $315.00 for sitting in the exam room for 15 .inutes. Dr. Lum had been my doctor since 1977. I don't have a doctor now and I do 't know where to turn.

Dr. Lum is a thoughtful and dedicated doctor that cares about his patients overall health. He is honest and straight forward in his approach. I would highly recommend him. His staff is kind, caring and very helpful as well.
