DON'T use this appraiser!! She cost us our refinance with her sloppy, error filled appraisal report that didn't even come close to representing an accurate value of our brand new home. The comps she used were a 22 year old home that was a distressed sale (owners desperate to sell after 416 days on the market), a 61 year old home that had been remodeled and a 37 year old home that was for sale by owner. This was the most inept appraisal I have ever seen. We were refinancing such a small amount that it didn’t matter. But, oh my!! Laziest piece of work I have ever seen. Anybody could have spent 15 minutes researching and come up with something better than this incomplete, unprofessional report. A total waste of money.
