The esthetician arrived 15-20 minutes late to our appointment. Was rude and I had booked a 3 weeks infill but instead, once the lashes were done, she tried forcing me to pay for a full set while I precised that I didn’t want a full set since I still had a lot of lashes left… She was extremely rude and bad energy

I had a very disappointing experience at Lully Lash. The person who did my facial and makeup was rude and unwelcoming, which immediately set a negative tone. On top of that, the place itself did not feel very clean, which is especially concerning for a business offering beauty services. Overall, the service felt rushed and careless, and the experience was extremely underwhelming from start to finish. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

My girlfriend went to Lulylash simply because it was close to my place. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. While the rest of the staff was lovely. The person who did the lashes, the owner, was not pleasant at all. She came across as rude, very stressed, and made the appointment uncomfortable rather than relaxing. Made a lash extension appointment. Received confirmation the day before. I waited 30 minutes and kept calling the number online during that time as no one was there. Someone finally called back and said that there was someone on the way. No one showed up. No apology, no discount, no re scheduling, no follow up.
