Friendly staff
Central location with very patient staff. Staff try very hard to be helpful. The majority of the rooms do not look like the brochure, however. April 2024 some but not all rooms, and the internal garden, are being renovated during 2024. They’ve probably waited 5 years too long to action these works as the place is very, very tired and drab. Extra costs add up. Food quality is a problem.

It is not a modern fancy aged care facility with a pool, spa, in-house Cafe, tennis courts and yoga room. /lst of these facilities end up shutting down due to no demand. What this place has is a homely feeling, a great set of people living there and a team whom are hardworking staff members
