My friend just called lulus. She just wanted to know if they did alterations for dresses. The lady working at lulus answered the phone acting like she hated her life already. My friend simply asked, “hey! Do you guys do dress alterations?”. The lady, I kid you not, said, “not if you’re from the streets. You can go to pins and needles across the street.” IM SORRY WHATTTTT??? Ever heard of karma????? That’s probably the most disrespectful thing that I’ve ever heard.
Everyone at Lulu’s was extemely nice, patient, and helpful with finding and ordering a dress for my daughter. Definitely recommend!
Super friendly staff. Very well organized and had a pleasant experience. Also worked with me during covid when we couldn't have our wedding they were more than happy to hold our orders until we could have our wedding. Top of the line customer service there.
