Showed up to my appointment. Had a feeling something was off because I sent LuLu a message the day earlier asking a question about how to prep for my appointment. She never responded. Once I arrived, she was not there. She did not once contact me about my appointment or to let me know she was running late. I had to ask a gentleman there if he could call her for me. He did.
