This is our 3rd time using Lulu‘s for moving. Dwight and his team (Jose, Daniel and Leo ) are prompt, professional, efficient and friendly. Not to mention that these guys are really strong! They took very good care of our household items and clearly communicated with us to make sure that things ran smoothly. We are very happy with their service and highly recommend Lulu’s. I have used Lulu's four times now for local and interstate moves - Oaklamd to Lafayette, Lafayette to Portland' then Portland to Santa Cruz, then Santa Cruz back to Portland. The first three moves I also had them pack everything for me because with work I just didn't have time to do it myself. All four moves went off without a hitch. Thank goodness for Lulu's! They spent more than one day packing and moving our items from our condo and multiple storage locations. Lulu's great team worked within the challenges of condo elevator timing and rules and were always punctual and professional. We had some large furniture, including a teak outdoor dining set, midcentury modern icons and a heavy glass Italian table that required disassembly.
