Isn’t it permanently closed?
Tried taking my toddler here on a Monday when hours were advertised as open and they were closed. Never a convenient time to be closed when you’ve got a toddler in tow. Upon reviewing others reviews, this seems to be a pattern and also I feel we dodged a bullet with how awful the photos others have shared here. Looks to be unkept and unreliable. Save yourself a trip. This place is probably closed for good- I wouldn’t be surprised.
Unfortunately, the playroom hours are not reliable. In the past year, I have tried to go 3 times with my children and Lulu's Casita was unexpectedly closed. I checked their business website, their calendar, and their Facebook page ahead of time and there was no mention of closure each time. My children and I have been disappointed for the last time and we will not be returning.
my nanny kids love this place! so from this perspective there’s nothing wrong with it. they have so much fun and it’s a great experience for them. i will say though there is a lot of broken/damaged toys and play systems here. the wall in the baby area is torn up, the ball pit is pulling off the wall, the couch is a bit shredded…i even found exposed NAILS sticking out while my 1yo was playing with the ball rollers on the wall. if i didn’t catch them sooner she could’ve injured herself pretty bad. despite these issues i keep t... read more
