I wanted to check out Lulu’s based on the reputation, but unfortunately, my experience was just okay. Just to clarify, I did not have my service with Lulu herself. The customer service I received felt quite dry and cold throughout my visit. While nothing went terribly wrong, the overall experience lacked the warmth and hospitality that makes a place worth returning to.
Lulu’s is the absolute best. Professional service developed with exceptional warmth.
I went to visit this beautiful place; it was my first visit, and it was a pleasant experience because Lulú is a super friendly person. The place is clean and cozy, and you can really feel the positive energy. I genuinely liked the haircut she gave me, and I definitely give her 5 stars because she shows that she loves her work. I hope to return soon.
