I had a wonderful experience with Yasmin helping me out in the fitting rooms. She is the sweetest person ever!
The assistant manager was absolutely unhelpful. Another location had already confirmed that I would receive a replacement, yet she made it seem like it couldn’t be done anywhere. From the very beginning, she was rude and dismissive, repeatedly using “I am the manager here” as leverage over something that should never have been an issue for a $140 item. Worst customer service. Exchanged a pair of leggings gifted to my daughter, same style but smaller size and shorter inseam. Cashier refused to honor the price on the gift receipt for an equal exchange and charged me the $15 difference. The leggings were purchased within 7 days from the La Cantera location.
I absolutely love this store!
