Amazing customer service and they absolutely stand behind the products they sell! I bought my first 2 pairs of leggings about a month ago. Absolutely loved them both, one pair I had only worn 2 times and I noticed a hole on the outside hip that basically looked like they were cut somehow. I wash them as I should and follow the care instructions. Knowing they have a pretty strict return policy I have the store a call hoping there was some way to repair the hole that was on them. Today I went into the store to look around. I have heard all the hype around their Leggings but never have had the opportunity to try them on since there is not a store where I am from. First, the staff was nothing but sweet and informational. They have a true passion for what they do and the product they sell.
