Best customer services I have ever experienced. Told them that a pair of leggings I have had over 3 years were started to come undone on the seams. Would've never expected this, but they exchanged them for a completely brand new pair for free. So much love and respect for this company.
Katie and the other staff were wonderful! Katie was so knowledgeable and really helped my daughter pick out the perfect items to buy with her birthday money that she had been saving just for lululemon.
