Terrible CS/marketing in Europe. How can a company that sends to different countries using few warehouses have DIFFERENT prices in every country? It is cheaper for me to order from germany using drop shipping service than from Polish site, because sometimes the same items are 10-30% more expensive on Polish site. Again, the items come from the same warehouse and not like it costs 10-30% per item to switch currencies from PLN to EUR. Not to mention that the German site has better stock.
