All my socks are LLL. I bought a three pack of socks in Large that seem to be Mediums mislabeled as large. Bought another identical three pack at the same time and they fit perfectly. Socks were worn once before I realized I could/should take them back. I brought them in to this store to get a new version of the exact same product and dealt with the manager Sima. I had to waste ten min listening to her reference made up policies, providing nonsensical justifications, and blatantly lying to me before I left with no resolution... read more
Sad experience. If a transwoman walks into your store enquiring about specific items while wearing all women's athletic wear from your brand. Don't direct them to the men's section. Poor experience likely shop at a different location or online :(
