Very nice store and excellent staff! This is one of my favorite lululemon stores! I did a purchase on Nov. 28th with Bobby, and I truly appreciate the authentic help and firm support I got from him. He absolutely role modeled Customer Orientation! I had a few options in mind and couldn't decide from there, while didn't want to go to the store due to COVID. Poor customer service. One of the worst experiences in a store that I've had. Talking with a salesmen with the intention of spending 5 to 600 dollars. Then, all of a sudden, with no "excuse me sir," he just walked off into the back. I stood there dumbfounded for 3 minutes and just walked out. Very disappointing.
Super friendly staff, who are genuinely helpful instead of just pushing more products on you. I'll definitely be back.
