Last week I stopped by to check out the mats. Having had knee surgery I was concerned about not having a thick enough mat for my knee. The manager gave me a mat to try for a week..month...however long I needed. I used the mat for a week and was sold. Your manager, Kristen, went above and beyond to help me. I have never had anyone offer me a $100 mat to try...and I am so grateful she did. Becuase it was an expensive purchase and I wanted to be sure that I would be able to practice and not be hurt. Yesterday, I stopped by my favorite store to share an issue I experienced with a recent purchase. The problem was addressed right away, exceeding my expectations - an amazing customer service experience! Imagine my surprise when today, the next day(!), the replacement arrived in my mailbox! Kudos to Remy, Vanessa and the rest of the crew - you gals rock!!
