About this business
Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

Last week I stopped by to check out the mats. Having had knee surgery I was concerned about not having a thick enough mat for my knee. The manager gave me a mat to try for a week..month...however long I needed. I used the mat for a week and was sold. Your manager, Kristen, went above and beyond to help me. Yesterday, I stopped by my favorite store to share an issue I experienced with a recent purchase. The problem was addressed right away, exceeding my expectations - an amazing customer service experience! Imagine my surprise when today, the next day(!), the replacement arrived in my mailbox! Kudos to Remy, Vanessa and the rest of the crew - you gals rock!!
