The service at Lululaser is incredible! Nichole is very knowledgeable and gave me a step by step of the procedure, kept me well informed and made me feel very comfortable. The location is very clean and well maintained. To anyone looking for high quality service, I would highly recommend this spa for laser hair removal. I was asked to fill out the gender on the application form and to pay up front $25 to confirm the booking. Only after I paid I was informed that the place doesn't provide services to male customers. Very disappointed.
