Cheri has been cutting, highlighting, and/or coloring my hair for years!! Whatever mood I’m in:) I was ecstatic when she came back to Ohio from her California move. Recently, I went to a different salon because I had an urgent desire to get my locks cut off and Cheri was ill. I ended up having to ask Cheri to fix it, and she did
Cheri is amazing! Her work is exceptional! I’ve been going to her for roughly a year now and I’m so glad I found her! I don’t even have to tell her what to do or what I want. I let her be creative with my color and cut and she has never disappointed me! And a perk, she’s very flexible with working around my hectic schedule. I will never go to anyone else!
I liked Cheri’s work in the past, which makes this more disappointing. A service at this price point should last longer than one wash and come with some level of support. With the lack of common courtesy and follow-up, it’s clear this situation was not handled with the level of care I expected. As a result, my daughter and I, along with another family member who had planned to book, will not be returning. Cheri is very talented - I love the way she cuts my hair - it is very fine and straight and she manages to bring it back to life every time she cuts it. I recently got a full highlight for the first time in years and she did a great job, taking me from all-over dark brown to a lighter brown with perfectly blended blonde highlights. It was just the change that I needed! She truly cares about her clients, is easy to talk to, and works around my difficult schedule. Thanks Cheri!
