Lauren did a great job shaping and waxing my brows. The studio is lovely and welcoming. Highly reccomend.
This was a pretty horrific experience for me. The top is what I asked for and the bottom is what I got. I paid the full $115 for this also after being extremely upset. No offer for compensation. She offered for me to pay the service and have them removed. I don’t think that’s fair to still pay full price for a service that came out this bad. Lauren at Lulu’s Brows is pure magic. She’s been doing my brows for years, and somehow every single time I leave, it’s like she fixes my whole face. She has such an incredible eye for shape and detail, and I always leave feeling more confident and refreshed.
