First and last visit. This place looks more like a cluttered home than a professional salon. Customer service was terrible—I felt unwelcome the entire time. The work was basic and not worth it at all. If they pour some bath salt in your water it’s $61 but it looks like I did it myself at home, which is crazy. Once they don’t like you, they start speaking in another language around you. Definitely would never recommend.

I just wanted my natural toe nails painted they charged me $26 I'm like why the paper say $10 he said you got add ons I said no I didn't and asked for a tip I'm like really y'all already expensive! . 2 days later paint came off not coming here again. I had to use my purple nail polish to cover my blank toe nails.

I made an appointment for 3:45 once I got there they told me to take a seat Omar one of the chairs they do nails at and wasn’t serviced till it was way passed time for my appointment to end this is so unprofessional when I booked via online hours before my appointment was scheduled for and it’s just ridiculous to have to wait that long when I booked via online. SMH a waste of my time for that day when I could’ve been doing something else

I would give this place –100 stars if I could. The salon is absolutely dirty and unsanitary. As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine hits you, which is beyond unacceptable for a business that provides beauty services. They do not use liners and reuse scrubbers on multiple clients’ feet, which is a serious hygiene and health concern. On top of that, the owner has a nasty, unprofessional attitude, and his nephew runs around the shop wildly, creating an uncomfortable and chaotic environment. I had a very disappointing experience at LuLu Nail Salon. The quality of my nails was poor — they came out looking thin and see-through, definitely not what I expected or paid for. On top of that, the owner, Tony, made several inappropriate and racially insensitive comments about Black people during my visit. As a customer, I was extremely uncomfortable.
