I would give this place –100 stars if I could. The salon is absolutely dirty and unsanitary. As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine hits you, which is beyond unacceptable for a business that provides beauty services. They do not use liners and reuse scrubbers on multiple clients’ feet, which is a serious hygiene and health concern. On top of that, the owner has a nasty, unprofessional attitude, and his nephew runs around the shop wildly, creating an uncomfortable and chaotic environment. I had a very disappointing experience at LuLu Nail Salon. The quality of my nails was poor — they came out looking thin and see-through, definitely not what I expected or paid for. On top of that, the owner, Tony, made several inappropriate and racially insensitive comments about Black people during my visit. As a customer, I was extremely uncomfortable. The older gentleman who did my pedicure was accommodating and made sure I was comfortable and the water wasn't too hot. The young lady who did my nails was so gentle and she gave me tips on what to use for my dry nailbeds. She did my brows and they turned out perfect!!! I'm so happy worth the quality of service I received. I will definitely go back!!! Thank you both so much!!
