I've been coming to Lulu Nails for quite some time, and while I’ve had amazing experiences with my technician, the owner often makes me uncomfortable. On my last visit, my friend requested a nail hardening basecoat and was charged extra for it, but the basecoat she received was clearly filled with regular polish—not the high-quality one from Columbia that actually strengthens nails. That’s the worst gel pedicure I have ever had. I will just attach the picture here. I made an appointment for 5 pm, I came in time. The lady was constantly speaking to me in Spanish and I had no clue what she was asking. After I saw the result -I was in shock. It was so bad like someone did it with closed eyes. When I mentioned that to her - she said it’s supposed to be like that because it’s a gel pedicure. I insisted - that the lines of the polish should be straight, not wavy.
