I have been buying jewelry at Lulu designs for years but my last experience reminded me why I love it so much. I brought in a necklace that I bought a few years ago and I love but it had showed some dark spots. I was convinced that it wouldn't be able to be fixed but instead I had a 15 minute conversation with Christina and she taught me how to clean my necklace AND even cleaned my wedding ring as well. More than anything…they care so much and are lovely people. Customer for life!
