We ordered Christmas dinner to go! Our experience(s): Entrees melted through the to go container, the entree juices lost to the paper bag and the carpet of our car. Incorrect salad Intentional substitution of our desert choice and an intentional attempt to get us to accept items other than we ordered. Minuscule portion size. An offer to refund our order. Refund never transpired .
My favorite american restaurant, as long as i go to Palm springs, i will visit this restaurant at least once. the food quality and service you cannot ask more, and the price for 3 courses is really really cheap.
I know this place is often busy but honestly I don't see what all the fuss is about. The food was just middling and the service was indifferent. My partner is a vegetarian and the waitress could care less that the "vegetarian" dish she brought him had chicken in it. Not even an apology. Frankly, the only thing missing was curlers in her hair and a cigarette dangling from her lips.
Food is good and so are the prices but the staff turnover is aweful - have been there over 6-8 times and the staff has been different people every time - the inconsistency of service makes you not want to come back.
The food was nothing stellar but the location and service were great. A good food value too.
You're gonna love it, Guaranteed!! No need to say more.
