I love that little shop!! I finally was able to go .. I will go again.. found so many cute things.. I was very happy with how helpful she was .She was also very kind. so many things to look at .. very nice place.. I was so happy walking out with a big of stuff!!!!
Dead baby dolls used as decor throughout store. Walked in there with children.. we ignored it the first few times, but they were everywhere. Even a doll head on deer antlers hung up on the wall. Super disturbing. We had looked forward to visiting this store and we were extremely disturbed by this. Stumbled over each other, couldn't leave the store fast enough! Never ever going in there again. Dead baby dolls are not decor!!!! Sick.

Hi Melanie, I am sorry you were offended by the vintage doll planters. While they are not to everyone’s taste they are very trendy right now and sell like crazy. We try to keep an open mind and allow our vendors and artists to create and express themselves. You can find hundreds of examples on Pinterest. They might not be for your home and that’s ok, to each there own.
My first time here. I heard great things about the store. Cute stuff. I was very disappointed in the staff working today. She didn’t greet us. She didn’t respond to our greeting. She didn’t know anything about the inventory when we asked questions. She just sat behind the desk on her phone. Very disappointed!
I have been in this store a few times and love the variety of the merchandise. Purchased some awesome home made scented soap/ bath products today. The sales associate was extremely sweet and friendly. Highly reccomend this store for its merchandise and customer service. Oh yeah and the location is great also, right next to my favorite brew pub.

Joy and the rest of the team at Lulu Birds was so accommodating for us. Their policy is to hold up to a week but they’d prefer to clear the space to showcase a new piece and I do not blame them; all of their stuff is gorgeous! Won’t hold furniture for 2 days for people who live an hour & away expect customers to buy it sight unseen. Not very accommodating.

Hi Susan, I’m sorry you feel that way. We don’t hold items any more because we’ve had too many people not show up and then our vendors miss out on sales. We do offer to take payment over the phone but certainly do not expect them to do that if they are not comfortable purchasing without seeing the piece in person. Being an hour away you can always call or message us before making the drive to see if something is still available. God Bless.
This is a wonderful shop! The staff is amazing, helpful and friendly. They have beautiful furniture, great jewelry and 1 of a kind pieces. It’s hard not to leave with something every time I visit!
