Have been coming here for 30 years!! The perfect place to stay if on a budget but want to be close to the beach! The lake out back is so fun to feed the turtles in the evening and the pool is rarely overcrowded. Super close walking distance to Pier Park and beach access.

Beautiful n very clean condos. Homey and accommodating. Nice pool and lake view. We're really enjoying ourselves here. Restaurants and bars close by. Would highly recommend this place.

Nice area. Beach is a 2 minute walk across the street. This is a high traffic area. Close to everything.

I was a guest of the renter. Location is good. Beds were comfy. We were denied a 35 minute early check-in even after the unit was confirmed ready. Surprising, as I’ve been granted that small courtesy before in better PCB beachfront properties. The unit was nicely decorated, but the living room chairs were noticeably stained and several dishes were not washed, but put up with lipstick rings. Really dirty. So beautiful we are at lilypad 2 with a huge pond 1/4 of Lily pads. And then put front to the left is the gulf of Mexico. I can not complain. Free parking, at condo and it is by the main strip of PCB in lullwater Rd.
