This apartment complex is racist. If you’re black do not stay here the community is not for you at all. The residents look at you like a freak of nature to the point where you can’t even enjoy the amenities. You will get the police called on you all the time.
Lullwater on Bass is amazing to me. So many incredible memories have been made there. However, I think the addition of an 18 hole golf course, with a driving range would be an exceptional amenity to provide to the residents! Is this something management has considered adding to the establishment?
As far as being shown around the place, Ashley in the office made us decide this might be our number one pick! She gave us lots of history, and the extra amenities really blew us away, especially the car care area. Amazing place! Thank you Ashley.
The staff doesn't care to.make repairs or fix problems. You can pay rent on time and cause no problems yet you experience nothing but noise from neighbors and when you try to talk to staff you go ignored. Mold covers windows and nothing is done. Electrical tape holding plumbing together and they state this normal. Water is leaking in the windows and they act like you have done something wrong.
Wonderful place to live! However, they need to come up with a system for the maintenance crew, which would prevent them from coming in at any time of the day without notice.
