Beware! Made costly mistakes on tax return. Response was, "oh, sorry." No attempt to rectify the situation. All they do is crunch numbers, no tax advisement at all.
While working with them on my personal and business taxes, it has been more than easy. I have had many questions along the way and Jill and Michael are always more than willing to answer my questions and concerns. Thank you for all the help!

Once the original owners left, so did any semblance of professionalism. Rude, incompetent and totally non-responsive. Don't be fooled by the ratings. This place had 1.5 stars ever since the new owner came on board. And for good reason. Run from this place. You'll be far better off -- especially money-wise.
