I’ve been a client for many years and was usually very satisfied. This is the first year everything seemed to be done through Verifyle app and I absolutely hate it. Trying to decipher through the uploaded files sucks. Trying to fill out the fillable for payment is horrendous and so tedious. Luckily I was just able to hand deliver a check conveniently cause it would have taken me a half hour to fill that thing out on my phone. Beware! Made costly mistakes on tax return. Response was, "oh, sorry." No attempt to rectify the situation. All they do is crunch numbers, no tax advisement at all.
While working with them on my personal and business taxes, it has been more than easy. I have had many questions along the way and Jill and Michael are always more than willing to answer my questions and concerns. Thank you for all the help!
