So disappointed with the complete lack of care I received from Dr. Shah and the team at Lullaby Sleep Clinic. To say I am dissatisfied and disappointed is an understatement. From the moment I booked in, I had one battle after another, I had to chase this clinic up for answers and still didn’t receive a script which Dr Shah promised days later. Good grief. What a horrendous experience. Stay well clear if you know what is good for you lest you have to deal with what I had to. Run by a bunch of incompetents who put profits before people. Even have the gall to blame you when they mess up. If you need any lessons on how not to treat a person, speak to their "general manager" Carene or "therapist" Ally - they are truly exceptional in that regard. Had an exceptional treatment from Doctor Levi, he will never give up on you until your apnoea is fully neutralised, even if it means he will be losing time and money. He looks at every apnoea patient like their life needs to be saved. Thank you Dr Levi we need more people like you.
