Comfortable bed, location amazing, didn't have any customer service interaction, the only down fall was wall hangings would be nice to make it feel more inviting
Service was helpful. Location is great. Unfortunately, the linens and towels had bright brown stains :/ Window didn’t shut and our King suite was located right next to a walking path so we heard people talking throughout the night.
The rooms aren't bad but everything in our room was sticky and wet constantly and the doors didn't shut properly so everything had to be slammed shut. Otherwise it's a very decent location
I can not not sleep because of the strong moldy smell, It is 1:30 am now and felt sick. I asked if I could change the room but the all the hotel rooms are full. Worst ever experience They said they had a big storm last week so it can be smelly. They should not have sold this room until the unhealthy moldy odor is gone. We are traveling and have no choice but to stay since other hotels are full in busy season in door county no rooms available.
