Worst Customer Service Experience Ever We didn’t even get a chance to check in. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start, and to make things worse, they canceled our reservation without informing us. There was no apology or effort to help us resolve the situation. This level of disrespect and mismanagement is completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone — if this is how they treat guests before check-in, I can’t imagine how bad the stay would have been.

! The receptionist was unbelievably rude and had zero manners. I’ve never been treated this disrespectfully in any hotel before. Instead of helping guests, they act like they’re doing you a favor just for showing up. Totally unprofessional attitude — not worth your time or money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy being insulted the moment you walk in.

I booked rooms at Lull-Abi Inn but had to cancel due to a change in plans. When I called to cancel, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help, she raised her voice and refused to give any refund, even though we canceled in advance. The way she spoke to us was unacceptable — no courtesy or respect for customers.
