So I am unsure on where to start. I will say that the location was excellent! The lady that we dealt with was also very nice. Now to the rest….. the lady called me 1:23 pm and said that if we weren’t there soon she would leave a key and then I said oh, I thought that we couldn’t get there until 3 and she said your room is ready. Worst Customer Service Experience Ever We didn’t even get a chance to check in. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start, and to make things worse, they canceled our reservation without informing us. There was no apology or effort to help us resolve the situation. This level of disrespect and mismanagement is completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone — if this is how they treat guests before check-in, I can’t imagine how bad the stay would have been.

! The receptionist was unbelievably rude and had zero manners. I’ve never been treated this disrespectfully in any hotel before. Instead of helping guests, they act like they’re doing you a favor just for showing up. Totally unprofessional attitude — not worth your time or money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy being insulted the moment you walk in.
