Punctured the truck tire in Buc-ee’s parking lot, gave it some air there & headed they… they had me back on my way in no time!
Good samaritans! Excellent service. They were very kind and fixed the issue with our tires pretty quickly
Got a flat tire was able to get off the freeway. Had my car filled with my girls, 3 under the age of 12. Was heading back home to AZ. They were closed. Call the 24hr number, no one picked up. An older man came and got something, my husband told him our situation. He responded with, "we are closed". Try another center, kind of hard when going have a flat. Went to the other tire shop. That one was closed to. Put enough air to get to Firestone tires. They were open till 7pm and helped us out
Rusty has gone out of his way to make sure there’s good customer service, even at the busiest hour at the Luling Tire Service
