not very helpful, not very good customer service, would not recommend this office. Whoever owns this office needs to look into how the staff handles us as clients
Went in and got my policy with Lula and had them for about 2 years and then my policy changed I called in seeing what had changed no one knew in the office I had classic insurance so I would pay twice a year. She didn’t even know anything about my policy and said I’m absolutely Not paying twice a year that it’s once a month, as if I didn’t know what policy I got or what I’m paying… They are no Help in this office! They don’t even know what policy they sell you… horrible customer service and they never call you back. I switch... read more
