This is an appealing place with a good variety of menu choices. I don't know how Hattie B's in Nashville would feel about having the name of their restaurant appropriated for a sandwich, but the version of "Hattie B's" Style Nashville HOT Chicken Sandwich dished up at Lula and Sadie's is very close to the real thing. (Many restaurants claim to offer "Nashville Hot Chicken", but a piece of fried chicken with some hot sauce on top doesn't do the job. We were there today for the first time and absolutely loved the ambiance. There was live Jazz and they were phenomenal. However, the food and the bill were highly disappointing. They had marked the dishes with a green dot that can be made vegetarian. Great! I asked Nashville hot chicken sandwich with tofu instead of chicken.
