Very unprofessional. I arrived for my appointment and was not greeted, only directed to a chair. I waited over 45 minutes for my service to begin, and no one acknowledged my wait time or presence. I do not recommend this place if you have a schedule to keep.

I came here to get my hair washed and braided. The washing service was fine, they don’t have how water but I was fine with cold water so we go that done. The braiding service is pretty good, there’s so many African aunties that work together to get it done. I was braided by one girl who was a bit slow but it came out great, and I love it so that’s all that matters. They are reasonably priced, better than every place I’ve been in the area.
