Way overpriced charged me more the 1500 dollars to change a few breakers and a outlet . Never gave a quote or idea of hourly rate bill was not itemized charged for drive time . When I questioned the bill I was told he pays his guys well . I talked to another master electrician he was much more reasonable then this . Lesson learned GET A QUOTE BEFORE ANY WORK IS STARTED !!
Do not agree to any work from this business without a full written estimate in advance! Had wiring done from box in cellar to dryer on first floor, installed wiring and outlet for dryer. Was told they don't do estimates on small, inexpensive jobs. Then got the bill for $980.00. Maybe that's inexpensive for Mr. Luksh, but it certainly is not for my family. Shame on me for trusting someone without anything in writing. Shame on them for not letting me know they were about to gouge me.
100% Unprofessional. Installed a motion list at my residence...didn't work from day one. Spoke to Bob Luksh and he said that he would not send anyone back to fix it since the labor would cost him more than the price of the job. A real class act.
