I was an nice experience. I got an haircut and it was the best hair I got in awhile. Great people and warm environment.

So initially I had a bad experience at Luksa (in the end I was happy). Christel had given me a wash, cut and style.. it was for my brother’s wedding and at first it seemed okay. I wasn’t overly enthusiastic about the finished product but she was really kind and welcoming. That night I washed my hair and it had a really weird burnt smell (which I’ve never had).. so I don’t think she protected my hair properly while styling it.
