The staff were lovely and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the full colouring service for my 4C permed hair didn’t turn out as expected, and a lot of time was spent without achieving the result I was hoping for. I ended up cutting my hair afterwards because I just wasn’t happy with how it looked. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes it helps improve future services, especially for textured hair. It would also be better to advise upfront if a desired result may not be achievable. Saves time.

Best hair and nail salon in London! They take such good care of you and always make sure that they know what you want before getting started. I will not go anywhere else!

This spot is the best . They saved me from an emergency and did my braids at the last minute with very short notice . Very nice and accommodating. I will for sure always support this place

First time there and was very happy with my experience. I got some blonde highlights that turned out amazing. My hair just doesn't look great it also feels amazing. Thank you for the great experience I look forward to many more visits
