bought a van, had an issue with the gearbox. sorted it 100% delivered back to me and replaced the cluch while they had the box out, runs beautifully now. they do what they say and would definitely buy from them again. nice bunch of people, luks and rav are lovely.
Really friendly service - not pushy and great choice of vehicles. We travelled 30 minutes to view a car and bought it as the car was as described visually and in the advert. Rav was very helpful and made the process very easy. Thx
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Purchased a car recently, lights came on soon after- the garage I took it to confirmed they had unplugged the engine so it could pass tests. It has endless faults and I am now in talks with a solicitor as Luks car sales are refusing to take responsibility.
I wish I looked at the reviews before going ahead with purchasing the car 14days of having the car and not driving it that amount of times it breaks down and that's woman don't want to refund me my money or the finance company. This dealership needs to get closed down always selling faulty cars to people and they don't want to pay back the people their money. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
