I had a very disappointing experience with this plumber. Patrick, the plumber, came out, just removed the toilet cistern buttons, and charged me $180 + $70 (call-out), but never completed the repair. He said he would send a quote to replace the buttons and finish the job, but I never received anything. Since then, he has completely ignored my emails and phone calls despite multiple attempts to follow up. I’m now left with an incomplete repair and no response or accountability. Patrick and his team recently completed the following for us, sewer, stormwater, internal plumbing for kitchen, bathroom, laundry and fit off. Patrick and his teams work was exceptional and communication was thorough and clear the entire project. If you are after a plumber I highly recommend PML plumbing!
