Lukim was great! They replaced a skylight and associated trim and roof repairs. Since the property is an Air Bnb they even accommodated on the exact day between guests. Highly recommend!!

Lukim coordinated a new roof on my house. The initial estimate was thorough and fair - although i only had one other estimate. All dates and billing were well-communicated and coordinated. The crew was professional and completed the project on time.

I saw the bilboard on I 81, took a shot and it paid off big time! Very easy to call and schedule a quote, very proffesional and knew the products inside and out. The work was top notch. New roof came with an excellent warranty, new stack boots, new bath fan vents and new drip edge. The value of what i paid was excellent. I would strongly recommend for roof repairs/replacements. Think i might call them back in for some other projects. Oh and the gutters were cleaned out as well! Thanks to the crew.

It was awesome. Took 1.5 weeks from estimate to completion of full tear off, and total replacement of my roof. Highly recommend!
