I recently bought a ps2 slim an all the games i wanted , it would rked fine for a month an then stopped working ,i contacted lukie games about my issue they offered straight forward solutions ,they offered to send me a new console before i could ask about the warranty on my console , whitch made me feel great, i sent my old ps2 slim back to lukie games an they sent me a nicer looking console with in that week I couldnt be more happier thanks to everyone at lukie games im back to playing my favorite games hassle free

It is important, I will write it in English and Spanish. I have bought three times from Spain at LukieGames and it has been an incredible experience. The first two times my order arrived very quickly, the game was like new! despite being more than 25 years old! And much cheaper than the prices nearby.. Yes I have some time to play the game gun.i bought the complete game,it shipped in very great condition.also it came very fast within the time advertised, before in time to,I like it very much.when the game says never soft,it means it is a very realer and better game.it is one of the best games I have ever played in my life,I am very happy with my purchase, thanks lukie games.??????????

I've shopped at a lot of online retailers and Lukie Games is definitely the best online retailer for retro games. I've purchased from them dozens of times now and only once have I needed to contact their customer service. They were fast and responsive and made sure everything was resolved. This business provides old school gamers, like myself, a chance to hold on to the great days of the arcade with accommodating games for our various game units. I recently asked for a game that I have not had since the early 90's and I really wanted it for nostalgia's sake. I had a small issue where a PS2 slim I purchased from LukieGames would give me a clicking noise for a short time everytime I would play a PS1 game on it. I asked customer service about it and a great representative named ******* saw that it was still under warranty and I'm being sent a replacement right now. I've been purchasing from LukieGames for a year now and they are easily the go-to retro store for me as the quality, condition and customer service is top-tier!

LukieGames is an amazing company with great customer service and great products that are very quality and up to snuff! I got a lot of help from a wonderful employee named Terrance who walked me through all my questions I had regarding a New 3DS XL I was purchasing refurbished and he reassured me in everything I was curious about.
