My wife and I have a dryer that started making screeching noises and began to overheat. I called Randy Luke from Luke’s Washer and Dryer. He came out and first broke off the thermostat then said that must have been the problem so he replaced it with what looked like a used one and charged us $35 for the part and $65 for the service call. Five minutes after he left the washer was still making screeching noises and overheating. I called him probably 10 times over that week and left several messages.
