Brought in an older singer sewing machine that I had picked up at a thrift store. Was missing a few pieces and wasn’t sewing properly with the bobbin. Tim was able to replace the missing parts and of course get the alignment on the bobbin working correctly. Very pleased with the amount of time that the turnaround was, brought it in on a Saturday at close of day and considering they were closed on both Sunday and Monday it was ready to pick it up on Wednesday morning. Reasonable cost.
They need to work on communication. When someone is sick, they need to communicate to customers by signage and answering machine. Two wasted trips and no one responded to my voice mail. Also don't tell someone two weeks when it is two months.
Fixed my Vacuum! It's works and looks brand new!!
