Curbside service with a smile! Committed local business.
Jen is amazing. I purchased an Elna 320 last week customer service was great, but what I would like to talk about was the service today. Today I called her to see if they had another machine for my friend that is 84 years old. They did. My friend doesn't use credit cards so she went above and beyond to help us figure out how we could pay so I could drive down and get the machine. When I arrived everything I ordered was ready and they brought it right out to my car. I will continue to drive an hour to support this business. P... read more

These ladies are wonderful! I went there when my old machine broke and they gave me a great deal on a trade-in. I had no idea I could trade in my old one! I sew for a living, so these ladies really saved me!
