I paid a $1,000 deposit on Jan 30th for a painting job. The work was never started., and Luke’s Painting agreed to refund the deposit . It has now been TWO MONTHS , and I have NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND . I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly ,including written requests, but never received a response . I AM CURRENTLY PURSUING THE MATTER THROUGH THE CIVIL COURT PROCESS
Do not hire. Do not give deposit. He will lie and never show up to do the job. He will not give your deposit back. He even lies to his own friends.
