I followed Luke’s 90 day challenge and it changed my life forever. Anyone considering it should jump in. Make sure to jump fully in though, I could tell on weeks where i fell off the wagon and the difference it made in my day to day. ThANK YOU LUKE!!
I recently took the Feel Good program. I was a bit worried because my three months included Halloween and Thanksgiving. I lost 18lbs and 22 inches in three months. Luke's provided the support and accountability with weekly visits and educational videos. I was able to reach my goals and change my habits. I am now confident that I can continue the program on my own.
I really enjoyed program through Luke's pharmacy. It was very informational and helpful! I have lost 27 lb and hope to continue on my journey of losing weight!
Entered without a greeting or even eye contact let alone a "how can I help you?". No longer takes insurance so closed weekends which was a point that the clerk mentioned with relief. UPS however does not take QR codes and was dismissive of my question as to when that may happen. I do not recommend this place of business at all! Luke - thank you for your kind and prompt response.
