Katie who works here at Luke's Pharmacy was so wonderful to work with today as I tried to arrange for meds for my mom-in-law who was visiting from out of town. I will never go anywhere else.
My experience showed that I do have the will-power to improve my overall health by changing my lifestyle habits. It wasn’t easy due to decreasing my American Diet intake of carbohydrates and increasing my protein intake. After struggling to fit into my clothes for the past decade +, I began and completed Luke's 90-day Resistance Program this summer and I am very pleased with the results! Almost all of my clothes fit again and the ones that don't are way too big! I found the program easy to follow, the weekly full body scans were highly motivating to keep going, and education/accountability were provided through weekly virtual meetings.
