I loved Luke's Reverse Insulin Resistance program. There was so much education that I will use the rest of my life.....and I lost 20 lbs in the 90 day period of the program!!!! Even though it was a group program, our individual needs were always met. The information I received has not only been helpful to change my eating habits, thus the weight loss, but I feel so much better with less joint inflammation, stomach issues, and less brain fog!!!! Thanks!!!! to Luke and his staff!!

Loved this reset! Luke was awesome about the education component and touching base at least weekly with calls/texts. Being held accountable was huge for me. I lost about 20 pounds and gained so much more knowledge of nutrition and what my body responds well to.
This wellness program truly helped me get back on my own personal wellness journey… I feel better, have more energy( which has helped me increase my workout’s and walking) and my skin has a new glow. It has taught me ways to keep on track with my decreased carbs while maintaining my protein intake. I just want to personally thank Luke and his team for introducing me to this program because it truly is life changing❤️
My experience was a positive experierience. As far as weight loss, I went from 252 to 226 in 12 weeks. I plan on losing more. Prior to the program I would nap daily. That has stopped. I will continue with the Balance and the Unimate. I especially found the Unimate very helpful. The support provided by the program by our coaches was a significant factor in my success with the program. My lifestyle has changed for the better. I will continue with what I have learned. A big thank you to Luke and Amanda.
