Honest and reliable! Not only do they keep my little honda fit running good but they also keep all of our AirOne work trucks running smooth which says a lot because we don't own a vehicle under 130,000 miles. Last week I went into the shop because I thought the driver's side bearing was going out. My car was making a noise you would only hear in horror movies but after they inspected my vehicle they found that a rock was lodged up in the break pad so nothing needed to be fixed. I have been going to Luke for 5 years and have never had anything more then amazing experiences here. They have never tried to screw me over. They have explained everything in detail and showed me everything. Not to mention so many other things. I do not take my business anywhere else ! It's so important to have someone trust worth to work on your car especially as a girl when many people try to take advantage.
On spring break and the van acts up. Go in at 11:30 with a bad alternator. On the road and back to fun at 1:35! Thanks for the help!!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! They will try to rip you off with cheap parts and incompetent mechanics. Misdiagnosed problem with my truck has left me without a ride for a month now. Truck is broke down in Houston and Luke Wester will not help. Bob the store manager is the worst manager I've seen in the business world. He lies every time I call. Poor poor automotive shop.
I've taken my car here quite a few times spent thousands. I have always been treated with great respect & superior customer service. I would recommend this shop to anyone who lives in San Marcos and needs a good Car Shop.
